Exchange and Refund
At Kidi Baba, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry free.
Exchange & Return Window
Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Items can be tried for size but must remain in original condition
- Product must be returned with original packaging and invoice
- The reason for return or exchange must be mentioned
Exchange Process
- Place a new order on our website
- Mention “Exchange for Previous Order (ID)” in the notes section
- Once we receive the original product, the exchange will be processed
- Exchange delivery may take 10 to 14 days
Return Process
- Customers need to send the parcel via any courier service at their own cost
- Please label the parcel as “Return Item”
- Delivery charges are non refundable
- Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the item
Pickup Option
In some cases, we may arrange a pickup. Otherwise, customers will need to return the parcel themselves.
Important Notes
- Items returned in damaged or used condition will not be accepted
- No return or exchange on baby care and feeding items due to hygiene reasons
